Around 150 of these are accredited centres of the Instituto Cervantes, the cultural institute of the Spanish government, tasked by it to inspect language schools in Spain. So Accreditation by the IC should be your first criteria for selecting a quality school.

At a more international level, there are also some other important quality “labels” which give added guarantees of quality and trustworthiness.

Malaca Instituto is very proud to have achieved Super Star status at the annual industry awards hosted each year in London by the Study Travel Magazine. Malaca Instituto has been nominated each year in which it has been possible and has won 5 times.

The most recent award has been that of PIEoneer “Language Educator of the Year” which we received at the PIEoneer awards gala in London on the evening of 7 September 2018. Judged by a prestigious jury drawn from academics, managers and students – all stakeholders – of the study abroad sector, this is yet another sign that at Malaca Instituto we know what our clients are looking for and how to provide it to them.

In addition Malaca Instituto is the only School of Spanish to have all of the following:

It is a member of the leading worldwide marketing consortium for international language schools IALC. Membership is by inspection and vote.
